On the last week of this semester, week 10, we'll be having Lit Week. From wed-fri of that week we'll be holding an exhibition (entitled the Morbid, the Macabre, and the Melancholy) on certain writers, and on thur night there will be a poetry recital session, with guests and food and stuff. So you see, we have quite a lot of preparation to do. Basically, everything and everyone has been split into committees, or will be soon. Each exco member is in charge of one or more committees, as shown:
Jo- poetry recital night, exhibition (in library), invitations
Vidz- Phoenix, poetry recital night
Shu En- Havoc
Joyce- Publicity, t-shirt
Cheryl- f&b, invitations
The year ones and IPs will be split into groups, and attached to comms to help out. Any questions, you can approach any of the exco members or post a comment here k? Thanks!
